"Med spas are a dime a dozen in Orange County so it can be intimidating when you're trying to find the perfect fit. I visited a few before I found Concierge Aesthetics, and I can say I have found my "home" with them. Some of the other spas made me feel belittled, and others made me concerned with the cleanliness, thank goodness neither were the case with Concierge Aesthetics.
I see Susie regularly, but I've had interactions with the entire staff and they are all lovely. Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I've seen her for years and she is consistent, I know I'm going to get exactly what I need. I've had lasers, Botox, fillers (all while on a limited budget), you name it, she has put the work in with me. I personally like to err on the side of natural with very minor tweaks, and her work in that regard is impeccable. Most recently she recommended a series of Coolpeel treatments and I cannot believe how different my skin looks. I had never even heard of this laser, but now I'm obsessed. I've never felt more confident in the skin I am in; And that is the entire purpose of these treatments.
Whatever your needs, I am confident in referring Susie, her ability to listen and understand enable her to tailor treatments very specifically for each individual.
Lastly- the space is so warm and inviting. The vibes are amazing, I feel like I'm with my friends in how we can share stories, joke and have a good time. There is no awkward silence, the space and people make it feel like a cozy upscale spa filled with friends. Honestly if I could afford it, I'd go much more often just to soak in good energy of the space and people. (Honestly that says so much because I normally despise appointments and errands)."

I initially came here not knowing that my old lip filler (from a diff practitioner) had migrated and was actually trying to get more filler on top of that. Susie clocked me real quick and said I needed to go ask them to dissolve my old lips before adding any more. I did just that and got my lips done with Susie a few weeks later and OH MY GOODNESS! THEY LOOK GOOD!
I hate having paper-cut lips and have previously gotten lip filler done with several different practitioners so trust me when I say SUSIE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Susie elicits real feedback on her work and strikes the perfect balance between giving her clients EXACTLY what they're asking for without letting them overindulge. You will never have to worry about developing filler blindness if Susie is your girl.
Susie's attention to detail is unparalleled and she will give you EXACTLY what you're looking for. She genuinely listens to what her clients want (you can even show inspo pics) and never makes you feel rushed or uncomfortable. My pain tolerance is usually nonexistent but I felt minimal discomfort during my treatment with Susie -- she is VERY gentle. Once Susie finished my lips, she encouraged me to take a proper look at my lips and tell her if I wanted anything different (ofc I said no because they already looked impeccable).
Susie is also very funny and gorgeous, and I lowkey want to gatekeep her because she is THAT good. The front desk girls here are also very beautiful, sweet, and welcoming. Overall 10/10 experience!"

I went to a local med spa recently for their $300 special on Botox and I got what I paid for : A crooked lip because injections were done incorrectly. I learned my lesson . I am a repeat patient at Concierge Aesthetics. I looked at the reviews and result pictures for many different offices. I called and spoke with a few different offices before I booked my first appointment with Stacy at Concierge. She was Amazing. She took the time to review my options and set realistic expectations for me. She didn’t try to over sell me anything. Was upfront with pricing and made me feel Extremely Safe.
My primary reason for services was not 100 % cosmetic. I have TMJ and Kaiser wouldn’t authorize Botox injections for pain relief. Now as a 55+ Female of Course I also got additional Cosmetic services done while I was at my appointment. Durning my consult Stacy answered all my questions and concerns about different options I saw on Tik Tok that I wasn’t sure if I needed. She could have taken advantage of my pain and excitement to try something new but didn’t. The professionalism and honestly was Amazing. After my services, the team reached out to me a couple times to check in and see how things were going.
The cosmetic services started showing before my TMJ pain relief had been fully activated. I knew to expect this because of the Detail consult I was given at my appointment. Friends and Family started saying how they could tell that my pain was less because I looked more rested. My daughter asked me what I was using on my eyebrows because they looked Amazing. I finally had to tell them I also got Cosmetic Botox services which was what they saw. It looks so natural they just thought I was finally able to sleep and eat more because my TMJ pain was being treated. I could feel that my masseter muscle was starting to relax. I was able to start eating without pain and popping for the first time in years. So not only did I look more refreshed and rested I was also in less pain. It has been Amazing. I have had repeated the services as needed to continue to have these results. Stacy and her Team have always been Extremely Professional and Supportive.

Stacy and her staff were amazing! First off, the office is clean and beautiful. I immediately felt calm when I walked in. Everyone was very friendly, and checking in was a breeze. This was my first experience with Botox, and needless to say I was a little nervous. Stacy was very kind and professional. Before she started, she talked to me for a while and explained everything she was going to do and why. She took pictures of me and showed me in the pictures where her points of focus were going to be, and exactly what I should expect from the treatment. The treatment itself was a breeze! It was over in 2 minutes and I barely felt a thing.... and no bruising! I had the slightest needle marks, barely noticeable , and they were completely gone within a few hours. After she was done, we spoke a bit more. She asked me how I felt and gave me some instructions on how to treat the area for the next 24 hours. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back.*

Tanya is the best! She really cares about doing what is best for your skin type, my skin does not like the Hydrafacial, which she noticed in seconds and recommended a better treatment. I've had a custom facial and two micro needling sessions and so far I'm really happy with the improvement in my skin. Tanya also had me send her pictures of the products I use and helped me come up with a skin care regimen that would work for me. She also reached out every couple days to have me send her pics so she could confirm I was healing as expected. This was my first experience getting any injections or Botox. I spent a ton of time researching and had so many questions. I have to say I was spoiled for my first experience here.

Susie was my PA. She took her time answering my
Zillion questions and really listened to what I needed and wanted. She made me feel comfortable all through out the session and even made sure I took advantage of every promotion possible to save as much money as I could. I ended up adding on Botox because of this.

Stacy at Concierge Aesthetics truly changed my life. By 25 years old (young), I had extremely deep nasolabial folds (smile lines) - partially attributed to genetics and partially attributed to the fact that I have a very expressive face! I became so self conscious of them...I tried everything from expensive creams to makeup highlighting/contouring tricks, but nothing could hide them.
At 26 years old, I finally did some research and booked an appointment with Stacy. She determined 1 syringe of Juvederm would be sufficient. When she was finished with the relatively painless process, she held up a mirror to my face and I instantly started crying. I was so relieved- I could not believe the results. I have gone here a few times and I always see Stacy. I can not say enough good things about her and her staff. I had some really bad filler under my eyes that I had to get rid of and start over. She was kind companionate and responsive to ALL my concerns and text through the process. There were a few times I freaked out as the product dissolved but she always re assured me that it would be ok. I recently turned 34 and I decided to get Botox injections as a birthday gift for myself. After doing a bit of research I found Concierge Aesthetics and I was able to make an appointment online with a $50 deposit which was applied when I checked out. I meet with Susie and she was great. She explained everything there is to know about Botox. She asked me about my desired results and what my concern areas were. Needlessly to say I have many lines in the crows feet area and forehead. She gave me ice to apply before the injections but there's no pain at all. I was out and done in about 20 minutes. After 2 weeks the lines on my forehead and crows feet area had nearly disappeared, but there was still a small crease in my forehead and I went back after 2 weeks and Susie was very thorough and reapplied a couple of units and I am loving the results. I will definitely be back for my next appointment in 2 months.
The location is far from where I live but I definitely trust I am not getting a watered down formula of Botox
I did have a mild headache during my first visit but it went away pretty fast. During my second visit I didn't have any side effects and my lines are now smooth.

We're not only incredibly helpful, they were also concerned and eager to help me. The other med spa Dr. was not very skilled (even though his yelp reviews were outstanding) and the results caused temporary deformities in the areas of my right eye brow and both temples from Botox & Filler injections.

I've been here twice now for Botox in the forehead. I've seen both Susie and Stacy, and they are both excellent, knowledgeable, and I feel super comfortable with them. I did a lot of research on places to get Botox before I got it for the first time, and this place was definetly the right choice. The results are fantastic, and the Botox they use is pure and uncut, so you can rest assured that your results will be as good as possible. AND they only charge 10.50 per unit of Botox, so if you were to get 25 units (which is what I need to freeze my whole forehead), you'll only pay around $250. That's $250 for 2-4 months of a younger looking face done by the best professionals around who aren't plastic surgeons. I'll never go anywhere else!*

I always thought that Botox, etc. was dangerous and silly, but my wife wanted to try it, so we went to see Stacy Vencill. We both learned that not only is Botox safe, and easy, but that if it makes one feel better about themselve’s, certainly not silly. I have always had baggy, puffy skin under my eyes and looked like I never had enough sleep. Stacy suggested juvederm injections to fill in the creases caused by the bagginess to smooth out the area beneath my eyes and I couldn’t be happier. I had tried one of the Groupon Botox packages and it had to be redone within 6 weeks. When I talked to Stacy about it she told me that some of the gimmicky places will dilute the Botox. I’ve never gone to anyone since.
Stacy knows what looks good and if you ask she will make suggestions. If it doesn’t bother you she never pressures. She always believes less is better because you can add more but can’t take it out!*
