At Concierge Aesthetics, we believe the best results are never rushed—they’re thoughtfully designed.

Whether you’re coming in for your first visit or returning for treatment, this page will walk you through exactly what to expect so you feel prepared, confident, and taken care of every step of the way.

Every new patient begins with a consultation—and for good reason.

This is where we take the time to understand your goals, assess your anatomy and skin, and build a treatment plan that’s tailored specifically to you.

• Complete your digital intake forms prior to arrival (or arrive 15 minutes early)
• Bring a valid photo ID
• Come without makeup, or be prepared to remove it for proper skin assessment and clinical photos

This isn’t a quick overview—it’s a dedicated, one-on-one experience with an experienced provider.

Here’s what you can expect:

• A detailed conversation about your goals, concerns, and what you’re noticing
• A full assessment of your facial anatomy, skin quality, and natural movement
• Clinical photos taken for accuracy and to track your progress over time
• Education on what’s causing your concerns—not just how to treat them
• A customized treatment plan based on your goals, timeline, and budget

No pressure. No rushing. No “one-size-fits-all.”

Just thoughtful recommendations—and honesty if something isn’t right for you.

We’ve intentionally designed our consultation process to give you dedicated, uninterrupted time with our providers.

• $100 consultation fee (30 minutes)
• Applied toward treatment if you are deemed a good candidate and choose to proceed the same day
• Fully refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice if rescheduling

This ensures every patient receives the time, attention, and expertise they deserve.

If you’re interested in same-day treatment, let us know when booking so we can reserve enough time for both your consultation and treatment.

That said, not every consultation leads to treatment that day—and that’s intentional.

Our priority is always safe, natural, and well-planned results. In some cases, your provider may recommend postponing treatment, including:

• If you’re not an ideal candidate for the treatment being considered
• If more time is needed to properly plan your treatment (especially for full-face balancing or multiple areas)
• If there are medical considerations, such as recent illness, active skin conditions, or contraindications
• If you have an upcoming event, where timing could impact your results (swelling, bruising, or healing)
• If expectations need alignment, so we can ensure the outcome matches what’s realistically achievable
• If a more conservative or staged approach will give you a better, more natural result over time

We don’t believe in rushing into treatment.

Some of the best results come from taking a step back, creating a plan, and approaching treatment with intention—rather than doing everything at once.

If we recommend waiting, it’s not a “no”—it’s a “not yet” or a “there’s a better way to do this.”

You’ll never be pressured into treatment here.

In fact, one of the things our patients value most is that we’re willing to say no—or not yet—when it’s in your best interest.

To ensure the best possible results and minimize side effects, please follow the appropriate pre-care instructions below.

Botox/Filler/Kybella:

• To help decrease bruising risk, avoid taking these for 1 week prior to your appointment:
  • Vitamins (especially B vitamins, Omega supplements and turmeric/curcumin)
  • Any blood thinners such as: Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Aleve, Naprosyn. Please don’t stop any prescription blood thinners without speaking to your provider first.
  • Alcohol
• No vaccines for 2 weeks prior OR after injections
• No dental procedures (including cleaning) for 2 weeks prior OR after injections

Laser Hair Removal/IPL/Vein Treatments/Genesis:

• Avoid retinol/Hydroquinone 1 week prior to and after laser treatments
• Avoid spray tans or self tanning lotions on treated area 2 weeks prior
• For laser hair removal, please shave the area a 12 to 24-hours prior to treatment. No waxing, plucking or threading 2 weeks prior to your first appointment
• If taking antibiotics, please call in to inform us

Morpheus/RF:

• Avoid retinol/Hydroquinone 1 week prior to and after treatment
• Avoid spray tans or self tanning lotions on treated area 2 weeks prior

PRP/Vitamin IV:

• Reduce your caffeine consumption
• Increase your water intake

ThermiVa:

• Submit most recent pap to the office prior to your first treatment
• Come shaved or waxed for treatment
• Drink water before coming and be prepared to take a pregnancy test in the office for every session (if applicable)

SkinPen/Microneedling:

• Avoid retinol/Hydroquinone 1 week prior to and after treatment
• Avoid spray tans or self tanning lotions on treated area 2 weeks prior
