Tear trough filler is a non-surgical injectable treatment that restores volume to the area beneath the eyes. Carefully placed hyaluronic acid (HA) filler smooths the transition from the lower eyelid to the upper cheek, softening the appearance of dark circles and puffiness.

Using a fine needle or blunt-tipped cannula, filler is gently placed into the tear trough area to replenish lost volume and create a smoother contour. In many cases, subtle cheek filler is recommended first or in combination to lift the midface and minimize pressure on the under-eye area. This two-step approach leads to safer, longer-lasting, and more natural results.
