Stacy Vencill, PA-C, MPH, founded Concierge Aesthetics® with a simple belief: patient care should always come first.
After six years mastering injectables and lasers in medical spas and plastic surgery offices, Stacy noticed a pattern — results were prioritized over relationships. In 2009, she decided to change that.
She rented a single treatment room from Concierge Family Practice, under the mentorship of Dr. Neil Neimark — a physician who shared her obsession with exceptional, personalized care. Inspired by his model, Stacy named her practice Concierge Aesthetics. She hired her first teammate, Terri Fleck — and after 15 years Terri retired in 2024.
Growth came steadily. In 2017, Stacy opened her own modern medspa at 113 Waterworks Way, Suite 340, Irvine — a serene space designed for comfort, privacy, and advanced technology. The practice expanded to include medical aestheticians, laser specialists, and a full menu of transformative treatments.
While Stacy excels in laser resurfacing, her true artistry lies in injectables — BOTOX®, dermal fillers, and the subtle enhancements that make patients say, “I look like me… just better.” As a national trainer for Allergan, she now mentors injectors across the country, teaching the balance of science, safety, and natural beauty.
In 2024, we celebrated 15 years of trust, recognition, and results — including Allergan Top 500 (Top 1% Nationwide) and Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America.
