Concierge Aesthetics located in Irvine, CA is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Aesthetic Coordinator with at least 2 years of receptionist experience (preferably in an aesthetics office), full-time position for immediate opening.

Concierge Aesthetics is a busy and growing Medical Aesthetics office that has been providing non-surgical, non-invasive services. Over the course of 14 years the practice has been blessed to grow a loyal following of amazing patients, that love our friendly and caring staff , our honest and transparent business practices and the natural, beautiful treatment results our Practioners provide. In order to continue to grow the business and continue to provide the level of care for our patients, we are in need of hiring another Front Desk Receptionist/Aesthetic Coordinator.


Seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of office experience is required (experience in an aesthetics office a plus).

The MOST important quality of Aesthetic Coordinator is someone with a heart for helping patients. Our practice has been built on honesty, integrity and a true desire to care for people. Our patients know our Practioners are conservative, yet results driven and trust them to always have their best interests in mind.

We also pride ourselves in making the patient feel comfortable and well cared for—excellent customer service skills and being friendly/approachable are a must!!! We are not your typical stuffy medical office, we’re professional, but like to have fun, laugh and strengthen our team bond.

Full-time (weekdays 8:30am –6pm) depending on patient load. An hourly rate will be set based on experience with many opportunities to grow. Bonuses available based on productivity.

  • Greet patients in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions have
  • Answer the phone to help patients schedule, field general treatment questions, give directions, etc
  • Timely respond to voicemails, text messages and emails in a polite and friendly manner
  • Room patients and apply topical numbing cream (if needed)
  • Assist in aesthetic procedures as needed
  • Understanding of social media (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
  • Provide patients with consents to complete
  • Issue and pull treatment points for rewards program
  • Help file and upload charts into an EMR system
  • Assist in checking out/collecting payments
  • Help with taking Before/After photos and filming treatments for social media
  • Schedule patient appointments via online scheduling system and maintain a waiting list
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and an Apple computer
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of correspondence received
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Maintain the general office filing system
  • Able to lift 25lbs.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Apple operating system and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Able to type 35 wpm minimum
  • Strong phone, text and email skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history

Salary: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
