Coronavirus Update From Concierge Aesthetics

Updated 5/26/2020

We’re happy to announce we will be reopening on June 1, 2020!

Our community has been through a lot over the last few months and we are looking forward to slowly returning to our normal routines.  We are thankful for your patience and understanding during our closure and apologize for the inconvenience it has caused. We have been anything but idle during this time and have worked diligently to ensure our protocols and infection control processes are following recommendations from the CDC and OSHA to ensure your safety.

In order to accommodate those patients that have had their appointments cancelled due to our closure, we will be prioritizing and rescheduling those patients.  Due to social distancing measures we will be unable accommodate as many patients as usual, which may affect some of your appointment times and we ask for your flexibility and understanding.  Our staff will be working as quickly as possible to reach each of you. If you have any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, please contact us.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will see some changes and protocols we have put into place.  We have made these changes to help protect you and staff – we appreciate your understanding.

Office Safety:
As a medical office, infection control has always been a top priority for our practice as you have seen during your visits to our office. We have implemented protocols that are in line with the latest recommendations from the CDC and OSHA. In addition, we have deep cleaned our office during our closure and have added some additional measures to provide you with the safest environment upon your return.

    • Office staff will have daily health screenings and have their temperature taken.
    • Staff will be wearing PPE including masks, head covers (when applicable) and scrubs.
    • Magazines have been removed from the waiting room as these items are difficult to sterilize.
    • We have added a medical grade air filter for air purification.
    • Hand sanitizer will be available for your use at multiple locations in the office.
    • All exam rooms will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between each patient and after the final patient of the day.
    • Frequent cleaning/sanitizing of all common areas and commonly touched surfaces to include but not limited to: Lobby, Front Desk, Patient Rooms, Restroom, Door Knobs, Shared Pens, Check-out iPads, Etc.
    • The office is professionally cleaned every evening.
    • Contactless checkout via Square with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. We aim to have only one patient in an area at a given time and ensure that patients are not in contact during the check-in and check-out process.

Office Rules:

    • Anyone who is currently or recently ill or who has been in contact with a COVID-19 positive person will need to reschedule.
    • We request that patients come by themselves and family members or friends without appointments remain at home.
    • Please, no children in the office, we cannot allow children to sit in our common area for their safety and the safety of other patients and our staff.
    • You will be asked to wash your hands upon entering the office.
    • It is required for you to bring a mask or a face covering for yourself to be worn while in the office that will cover your nose and mouth. Due to a severe national shortage of PPE we are unfortunately unable to provide masks.
    • If you are running more than 5 minutes late, you will need to call the office and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
    • Although we miss you, we need to keep our conversations to a minimum due to the new state guidelines (just for the time being).

Again, we sincerely thank each of you for your patience as we navigate through these new and uncharted waters. We are looking forward to serving you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the steps we have taken to keep you safe. We value your trust and loyalty and are excited to welcome you back to the office!

Please call the office 949-910-1609 or email us [email protected] and we will get your appointment scheduled!
We miss you all!

We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

Please call our office with any questions.

Coronavirus Update From Concierge Aesthetics

Updated 3/17/2020

Concierge Aesthetics is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all of our patients and employees.  As such, we are diligently monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

Our office is open and we are maintaining our usual schedule. We take preventative measures very serious in our office.  Beyond our existing extensive cleaning protocols (including hospital-strength wipes and disinfectants on all common surfaces and deep cleanings every night), we have put in place some extra precautions including but not limited to:

  • Daily temperature testing and examination of current staff
  • Practicing social distancing by increased distancing between patients while in the office – including separate waiting areas
  • Comprehensive cleaning and sanitization process of every treatment room after each treatment including counters, door handles and treatment beds with hospital-strength antimicrobial cleaning supplies
  • Frequent, comprehensive cleaning and sanitization process of all common areas including hard surfaces, electronics, furniture, doors handles and pens
  • Hand sanitizer stations at all check-in/check out areas
  • We have a state-of-the-art air filtration system that cleans and recirculates the air
  • We are re-enforcing our current policy of requiring employees to stay home if they are not feeling well
  • On request by patients, providers can wear surgical masks during treatments

Additionally, we ask that if patients are not feeling well, including a temperature above 99, have a cough or flu-like symptoms or are recovering from an illness, that they please stay home and reschedule their appointments for a minimum of 2-weeks later.

We also understand many parents are affected by school closures.  During this time, healthy kids are welcome to join you during your appointment in our sitting area.  Babies and toddlers need to be in a stroller or carrier during treatments and older children are free to bring iPads, coloring books, etc.

We appreciate your continued loyalty, support, cooperation and understanding during this challenging time.  We will continue monitoring the situation and communicate updates as they develop through all of our primary communication platforms.

We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

Please call our office with any questions.
